Its perfectly fine for a Black person to say nigga/nigger. Those words were made by white people to use it as a racial slur. True.
But when Black people say nigga/nigger, its us changing the meaning. Its us claiming our own definition. Notice I said US and BLACK PEOPLE.
If a white person says nigga/nigger, it becomes racist again and they deserve a hard slap in the face.
